Open level

Open to all levels from complete beginners to more experienced as the teacher adapts the class according to the students.
1 level

Open to complete beginners, those in the initial stages of yoga practice or those seeking a gentler asana practice. Introduction to pranayama and mantra.
2 level

Works on a deeper physical and psychological level. Introduces more challenging asanas, sun salutation variations, inversions and backhands. Pranayama practice and mantra. Not suitable for beginners.
3 level

A challenging class for more experienced practitioners that assumes a good grounding in the principles of asana and breathing. For Ashtanga practitioners, knowledge of the foundations of the style and the Primary Series are essential. Please be aware that this is an advanced class.
