The need to give, share, create, serve and inspire

Is the true reason to create this beautiful, cozy and full of love, space.

No matter how different we are as individuals, there is one thing that certainly unites us and it is the desire and the need to be understood and accepted. The most important quality in life before love is understanding.

When we understand, we evaluate correctly and appreciate when we open our hearts and love. When there is understanding everything happens spontaneously and naturally.

Welcome to our space, filled with love and understanding, where you can be yourself without roles and masks, natural as you are! To connect with yourself, to experience your own softness, to enjoy and be aware of the present moment, here and now.

The purpose of yoga is not to isolate ourselves from the world but to connect more deeply with the surrounding world, while being conscious about our own place in it, what are our obligations and how to live, love and laugh.

Santosha is the spiritual quality of contentment and acceptance of life as it is. Smile and open your heart to the practice. Change begins with you, here and now. Enjoy this moment and be aware and grateful for everything you are blessed with.

Ilian Petrov
Ilian begins to engage in yoga driven by curiosity and interest in the dynamics of Vinyasa Flow. But immediately after his first yoga session, he realizes his miraculous action on consciousness, and from then onwards, he is no longer a hobby, but a necessity.
So, from a student of Santosha yoga, Ilian quickly becomes a yoga teacher for children. It skillfully combines the excellent approach to younger yoga practice and this is due to the fact that Ilian started working with children years before entering the world of yoga.
Another aspect of the life of Ilian, who makes him a great yoga teacher, is that he is the fourth year student of medicine at the Medical University - Sofia. As a young specialist in medical science, he is well acquainted with the physiology of man as well as with the various processes that take place in the human body. It is this knowledge, coupled with his dedication to yoga teachings, that he claims that yoga has, above all, a soothing effect on the mind and works as a curer for the successful removal of stress, which in turn inevitably improves physical activity and creates great harmony for the spirit and the body.
His whole vision is that one can overcome every difficulty and conquer every tip as long as it achieves an internal balance.

Rumyana Kabzeva
She believes that we are what we think, what we eat and the way we move. This belief has met her over the years, with various activities that fill the soul and body. So in 2008 she gets in touch with yoga. The journey takes her to India, where she meets the teachers in the tradition of Satyananda Yoga. Over the years, a variety of trainings took place - a 6-month Yogic Studies 1 course at the European Satyananda Yoga Academy, a 200-hour Yoga Alliance USA training for yoga teachers, a 6-month meditation training course as well as training and seminars on various yoga practices. The desire for development and the interest in exploring the movements of the human body are met with the work of the world-renowned Canadian professor of biomechanics, Prof. Stuart McGill, who has been trained on "Building a sustainable backbone - from rehabilitation to excellence." So she falls in love with biomechanics and rediscovers natural movements, which in turn meets her with Galina Denzel and Katie Bowman. Begins a biomechanics course and certification program under the "Restorative Movement" system at the Nutritious Movement Institute in the United States. In a different way from yoga, the restorative movement strengthens the relationship between the body and the nervous system. This kind of fine moves helps restore the natural dynamic balance between all body systems, increases motor control and puts the body into optimal mode of action, making it the preferred method for therapeutic purposes.
