Restorative movement is a practice which set a strong base for every human activity- from the relation with our body when sitting, standing or walking to its positioning during practicing yoga, exercising or dancing
12-14.06.2015
Every cell needs a stimulation and movement- there is no other modality dedicated to the biology and mechanic of every cell and structure. Restorative movement is a way to rediscover the unrealized and subconscious reaction to the world around, which often hinders the natural and beautiful human movement. Wisdom acquired by rediscovering the body could be brought to every part of our life - you could reach it by a few easy lessons, that’s what makes the practice so beautiful.
