When our life starts expressing the yoga principles, yoga turns to 24 hours behaviour and awareness, instead of just an hour of yoga practice. In order to reach it, we have to integrate the yoga principles in our lifestyle.

Inspired by Swami Sivananda's eightfold path (serve, love, give, purify, be good, do good, meditate and realise) we dedicated the topic of our workshop to Swami Sivananda's 18 ITIES (serenity, regularity, absence of vanity, sincerity, simplicity, veracity, equanimity, fixity, non-irritability, adaptability, humility, tenacity, integrity, nobility, magnanimity, charity, generosity and purity).

We had chosen three cardinal virtues, which one of them was a topic of the day, integrated in kundalini practice and vinyasa flow and also in the meditation practice and workgroups. All those qualities are practical tools, which help us  live and realise the roadmap until our life becomes a continuous spontaneous expression of all the eight steps.
